RLD EXPERIENCE AND PROSPECTS OF ITS APPLICATION IN UKRAINEThe main means of antitrust regulation of oil products market in the developed countries of the world and in Ukraine are investigated. The tendencies of development of antitrust regulation in the EU and USA are revealed. The positive influence of antitrust regulation on increasing the efficiency of functioning of economic entities on the market of petroleum products is proved. The main problems, which impede the successful adaptation of the world experience of antitrust regulation of the petroleum products market to the domestic economic ground, are outlined. Proposals for state authorities for the implementation of anti-cartel policy aimed at limiting the negative impact of agreed anti-competitive actions on the Ukrainian market of oil products are formulated.
