Resume

The article deals with the effectiveness of the staff performance according to the general economic indicators of the enterprise activity. The relationship between the level of labor productivity and the average number of employees and their level of wages in the agricultural enterprises of the Ivano-Frankivsk region and Ukraine has been analyzed using the correlation-regression method. The results of the conducted sociological research on the use of the personnel assessment system at the enterprises and the attitude of employees towards the necessity of implementing such an assessment system have been highlighted. The set of innovative methods of the personnel assessment for administrative and production workers has been substantiated. These methods should be implemented at the modern agricultural enterprises of Ukraine.
