Resume

The article deals with the main tendencies of development of the professional personnel training modern system. The key problems of the vocational education system functioning, which constitute the mismatch between trained workforce and employers expectations and the demand and supply balance in the sectoral labor markets, are emphasized. The necessity of formation and development of the educational and industrial integration system is substantiated. The basic directions of participation of business spatial organization industrial forms in co-financing and strategic planning of the vocational education system development are determined.
