Resume

The concept of balance regulating system is studied. The research is grounded on the availability of real interrelation between the movement of financial capital, investment and national product production. The following subsystems are substantiated as the components of balance regulating system: financial – mobilization of unallocated funds; market – forming of financial and real investment; productive – national goods and income production; regulative – regulation of macro economic parameters. Interrelation between money circulation, real investment and physical product and cooperation between the NBU, government, companies and residents in financial-productive regulative system are outlined. The mechanism of interrelations between the components of balance regulating financial-productive system is explained.
