The article deals with the peculiarities of innovative-investment maintenance of rural territories’ sustainable development under the conditions of conducting of administrative and territorial reform. The authors define major parameters of innovative activity’s investment maintenance influence on social and economic development of rural territories. Conceptual basis of investment attraction, including through project activity, are analyzed. The fact that there are preconditions and tendencies of sustainable development goals’ implementation on condition of adherence to system approach to innovative activity management is emphasized.
