Resume

The algorithm of analysis of gender processes in the regional labor market is determined. A preliminary qualitative analysis of factors has been carried out in order to identify the most significant of them and to assess the adequacy of information collected by them. The dominant tendencies in the development of the labor market, the effect of which is crucial at present, and the impact of which will have a similar or even increasing effect in the long run, are revealed. The author’s systematization of the main problems of the labor market development in Ukraine and directions of the state policy of its reforming are proposed. Quantitative and qualitative indicators of social-gender analysis are proposed in order to identify risks and guidelines for the labor market and services, etc.
