- Theoretical and applied aspects of the formulation and implementation of regional economic policy in terms of institutional transformation and development of integration processes.
- Developing of mechanisms, methods and tools for management of regional development.
- Analysis and evaluation of the economic potential of regions and justification of mechanisms for overcoming the structural imbalances in their development.
- Studies of innovation activities features in the regions and identification of directions for its activation.
- Development of program documents for regional development and strategies for socio-economic development of the regions.
Scientific research themes
- Development of a new model for zoning of economic space of Ukraine (2009-2010).
- Modernization of industrial potential of the Carpathian region (2011-2012).
- Formation and implementation of regional structural policy in the terms of modernization of the national economy (2013-2015).
