Main Objectives of the Department

Ensuring organizational and methodological support for the Institute's international cooperation and implementing project initiatives. The department's functional focus includes developing partnerships, preparing and supporting grant applications, coordinating projects, and assisting with reporting in compliance with donor requirements.

Areas of Activities:

• Coordination of the Institute's international cooperation with research institutions, universities, foundations, and other organizations.
• Support for international mobility of staff.
• Monitoring funding opportunities and securing financial support (grant programmes, competitions, international initiatives) and informing Institute units.
• Advisory support in the preparation of project proposals, including project logic development, calendar-budget planning, and preparation of supporting documents.
• Organizational support of projects during initiation and implementation phases: defining roles, coordinating interactions with partners, ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines.
• Assistance in the preparation of reports and dissemination materials in collaboration with project implementers.
• Coordination of documentation within international initiatives and projects (letters of support, protocol materials, project correspondence, etc.).
• Organization and facilitation of international communication events.
