The seminar is dedicated to discussing modern approaches to strategic planning for the development of territories and the implementation of a public investment management system at the local level in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the problems of harmonizing strategic development documents with the processes of forming investment portfolios of regions and territorial communities.

1. Innovations of the modern approach to strategic planning of local development in Ukraine

2. Strategic planning and public investment management: two parallel trends or integrated processes?

3. Institutional and organizational challenges of implementing a public investment management system at the regional and local levels.
